In March of 2023, I retired from a career in television technology. As anyone recently retired knows, the goal is to remain interested and industrious and pursue things that you are passionate about. As an engineer and project manager photography provides that industry. Whether planning that perfect full moon shot, dabbling in astrophotography, macro photography, learning and refining processing and editing skills, or publishing and sharing on a website, photography certainly provides ample challenges.   

Taking and making amazing photographs requires continuous learning, a bit of risk taking, and lots of luck. I hope to make many pictures that are worthy of sharing.  With time to spend, I expect to continue improving my photographic skills.  I expect to visit and photograph amazing places and find amazing images in ordinary places. 

There is only so much wall space in my home but unlimited space on the Internet. Creating this website is interesting, challenging, and enjoyable for me, and I hope it is interesting and enjoyable for you as well.
